On your selected appointment date you will receive a phone call from us; this will be the beginning of your telehealth appointment. Your whole appointment will last around 30 minutes. Please be available during this time, near your phone, have good cellular service and reliable internet access. Also, you must be physically somewhere in the state of Minnesota during your appointment, the doctor will verbally confirm this with you during your visit.
One of our patient educators will go over what to expect during your medication abortion and afterwards as your body is healing up.
After speaking with our patient educator you will have a telehealth visit with our physician who will go over any medical concerns or questions you may have.
If getting medications by mail – After your visit with the doctor we will mail out your medications. Expect to receive your them within 4 business days (faster for some people, slower for others).
If picking up medications from our clinic – Stop by the clinic at the date and time discussed during your telehealth visit to pick-up your medications. Make sure you bring YOUR photo ID! If you are having someone else pick up your medications for you, they must provide THIER photo ID and YOUR legal name and date of birth!
